Nursing training

Whether it’s training as a nursing assistant or as a registered nurse – we bring together what truly belongs together!

Becoming a registered nurse in Germany

Registered nurses play a central role in the German healthcare system. They support, accompany, and care for people of all ages – from children to seniors. Their daily work is varied and carries a high level of responsibility: they plan nursing processes, carry out medical‑nursing procedures, work closely with physicians, and serve as key points of contact for patients and their families.

The training to become a registered nurse is a three‑year, state‑recognized vocational programme.
It provides:

  • Practical skills in hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient care

  • Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, communication, and emergency procedures

  • Competencies for independent work, decision‑making, and interpersonal interaction

Upon successful completion, graduates receive a vocational certificate that is recognized throughout Europe.
