  • ability to work in a team and reliability

What does the training involve?

The training to become a hotel management specialist generally lasts three years and teaches all skills required for working in a hotel:

  • reception duties, check‑in and check‑out

  • service in the restaurant and bar

  • support in housekeeping

  • organization of events

  • insights into marketing, administration, and hotel management

The training combines practical work in the hotel with theoretical instruction at the vocational school.
