What does the training involve?

In the company, you gain practical experience, while the vocational school provides you with theoretical foundations such as electrical engineering, energy supply, and digitalization. Entry requirements
A school‑leaving certificate is generally required, ideally combined with an interest in mathematics, physics, and technical processes. Manual skills, accuracy, reliability, and a readiness to work responsibly with electrical energy are also important. Prior experience is not mandatory — what matters most is your motivation and willingness to learn.
